Up to 275 people total, including guests, caterers, and event staff.

Individuals/Businesses: $1,000 rental fee
Government / Nonprofit organizations: $250 rental fee
All rentals require a $500 refundable security deposit and a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee.

Rentals include access to the Main Gallery and restrooms only, with limited kitchen access for event organizers and catering staff. Office and storage areas are not accessible.

Yes. Free on-site parking is available for event hosts, guests, and vendors during your rental. Parking areas must be used as directed, and access routes must remain clear at all times.

FAMG hosts a variety of private events, including weddings, social gatherings, nonprofit and charity events. All rentals must comply with museum policies to protect the building, artwork, and guests.

Access begins on the first paid rental day and ends at 11:59 PM on the final rental date. Early access requires booking and paying for additional days.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance, security deposit, and cleaning fee are due 60 days prior to the event.

Yes, but the renter must obtain and post a Virginia ABC license in the renter’s name. A copy of the license must be submitted 7 days before the event. Kegs are not permitted.

Yes. Renters must provide proof of liability insurance covering the event date at least 30 days prior to the event.

No. Artwork may not be moved, and lighting and HVAC settings may not be adjusted. Tampering with lighting will result in a $1,000 fee.
